For the teleportation power, losing the amount of blood that high can easily cause a person to blackout let alone teleport anywhere.

I would recommend against using such a power until and unless the person is bent on appearing on the other side completely anaemic. I don't see any point in it. There's also the matter of the blood drying up.

Also, yeah, Mockingbird is pretty much an unfair character if you look at it.

I've seen the anime if that counts for anything. Those to be honest, I did intend to use the flawed Sin copy ability so my character could have a half-strength version of the Teleport in addition to some other Sin. Though to be further honest, the only reason I think the Teleport was allowed where I used it was the fact the Wonderland would clean up the blood portals afterward so I couldn't escape. Not a lot of blood would actually need to be used for it, and I believe it was fully functional even when dried up. Never figured out actual speeds for the Teleports though...

However, as I understand this game isn't about Deadmen battles so our Sins don't really need to be practical or melee-centric.

Well, you'll have to face normal humans and since the Prison is open now, you can consider all of the World as being filled with Deadmen so you never know when you might have to fight 'em.

In any case, this organization is filled with Deadmen and those Undertakers so you can expect what level of battling you have at your hands.

Idea Up:

Legend Rising: This here is a new idea I've come up with.

The Basic Plot is that there is a city called Technitia which regularly hosts a Tournament known as Legend Rising where participants must toil endlessly through a desolate world outside the walls of Technitia.

However, things are not as easy as they seem for within these participants is a traitor, a murderer, a psychopath.

The participants must now struggle to finish this gauntlet even as they must struggle against this unknown villain.

Will you end up as a Legend or will you Die out in the wilderness?

Classes: Here is a list of classes I intend to use,

Technician is an Overclass. Technicians have the ability to construct anything out of thin air as per their requirement. This art is called Realisation and it qualifies neither as Magic, nor as Technological. Technicians have even been known to Realise complete Cities with assistance. It has further subclasses:

Apex Predator consists of the offensive Technicians who specialise in Head-On combat and are master Realists when it comes to weaponry of any size and type. They are however, initially, weak healers and terrible when it comes to defense. With proper training, this too can be mastered.

Aegismaster consists of defensive Technicians who specialise in defensive combat and are experts when it comes to shields and structures, small ones.

Shadeis are masters of the abstract who Realise broken, or twisted tools and objects to fulfill their purpose. They aren't widely respected but that doesn't mean that they are weak in any way.

I'll put up some more stuff later. This isn't all.

Uhh... Would you guys like me to replace AssassinSong with Legend Rising?

Lemonus -> RE: Arthur's Superthread OOC (4/20/2014 17:11:08)

Banned Depends on whether people want to play AS

kkutwar -> RE: Arthur's Superthread OOC (4/20/2014 17:31:47)

Well since Magic is the art of defying & rewriting reality and Science is the act of exploiting reality I really want to know how Realisation isn't one or both of them. However I am fond of the "create objects with your mind" power so... Though do you want to do Legend Rising more than AssassinSong?

Arthur -> RE: Arthur's Superthread OOC (4/20/2014 22:39:01)

Magic allows you to either warp reality or create things that are known to exist in the world like Fire, Water, Earth, Light, Fire, Darkness, Ice, Thunder and so on and so forth.

Science, on the other hand meddles with reality.

However, Realization allows you to use your imagination and create ANYTHING. As long as you can imagine it, you can make it exist. It's YOUR Reality away from what's Real.
With the help of a million or so high level Technicians, you can Realize a whole planet that either looks like a square or exists not in your galaxy(although that is a high level of Realization and pointless).

Intermixing your Reality with this Reality is a vague definition of Realization.

Well, AssassinSong and Legend Rising are both unique concepts in their same way. However, AS is limited to what exists. I want to see how players work with what isn't. This game actually tests your creativity under certain circumstances, given your skill, the amount of time and the level of danger.

kkutwar -> RE: Arthur's Superthread OOC (4/20/2014 22:55:53)

So if it isn't magic or super tech, then how does thinking really hard cause planets to pop out of thin air? Cause that would classify as magic, so... Besides that, I'm actually surprised that a million Technicians could only create a single planet. With that much reality-warping power, I kind of expected them to be able to rewrite the physical laws, perform instantaneous interplanetary teleportation, or rip open dimensional tears at the least.

Speaking of Technicians, how many are there and how hard is it to become one?

Arthur -> RE: Arthur's Superthread OOC (4/20/2014 23:03:43)

Interplanetary Transportation?

Easy, Realize a Bridge. Or, Realize Jump Pads. Whatever you want.

Technicians don't alter the Law of Physics, they just work on its boundaries. Well, the Master Technicians do. Then there are the Shadeis who actually bend the Laws to meet their needs.

There are only 3 Master Technicians so far, 2 Aegismasters who govern Technitia and one Shadeis who roams the city like a ghost. There was an Apex Predator but he was killed.

It's not difficult to become a Technician. Initially, you work with a Tech Support Gauntlet to help you Realize but once you get a hang of it, you can do it with bare hands. Technicians do have a natural gene and only these ones are known to become Masters.

Fun fact: You won't be alone on thisjourney. You can Realize upto 2 Support Bots of any kind.
