Matt 1000 -> While War is on cool down still be able to get influence (4/23/2014 2:14:34) I think we should just go back to the old system while war is on cool down either 5-10 influence per win so you can still level up your faction and personal influence when ever you want and not have to wait weeks to gain influence.
