It seems rather versatile. Assuming you have 630 energy, you can heal 3 times, or replace any heal with 1 adrenaline rush, bunker, hybrid armor, double strike, or replace any 2 heals with a SS. I have not seen a mercenary with AR so I am trying to be somewhat creative.

get static granade once and your Heal can either turn to 0-1 heal only , assim takes out your heal to 1 base on your mp with out a mp drain skill your gonna get wiped
Looks kinda like what all focus/tank sword merc builds should have been before static smash was implemented.
You should probably ditch some points in adrenaline rush and only have level 1 zerker and get some intimidate. Its cost got lowered and it's an amazing tool for damaging and saving your life in some cases.
