Hi there!

So,I sent several letters to people,but my inbox show that:

inbox:10

sent:0

Why?

Go to your Profile Settings, scroll down to the Private Messaging Section and there should be an option called 'Save PMs to Sent Folder.' check the box next to it and hit 'Apply'.
