Am I allowed to, put in my normal signature (500x100, 50kb) and then underneath it, it tells people to check my newest video on Youtube?("New AQ Video about the Updated Fairy GodMother" or "Check out my newest video about the Updated Fairy GodMother")
Or does that make it exceed the 500x100 dimensions? Or something else?

No, it wouldn't work.

If you're putting in a signature that has the maximum dimensions allowed (500x100), and then putting a line of text underneath, you're exceeding the maximum dimensions allowed.
