Wouldn't it be cool to have a bank password or some security system, as a second layer of defense against hackers? It would not be too hard to implement

To be honest I've never heard of a case where someone legitimately "hacks" an account. I've only heard of scammers and if someone gets scammed it's their own fault. Not supported because it'd be a waste of time to work on implementing this.
