Here is the place to discuss all challenges issued in the =OS= Challenge Thread!, suggest ideas for future challenges, or ask for help completing a current challenge.

When discussing or suggesting a challenge, please remember the rules of the Challenge thread quoted below. There is no need to suggest a challenge where someone has to capture Weteye when such a challenge will not be allowed.

Here are a few rules that go along with the Challenge Thread. Remember, if your post is found breaking any rules, it will be sent to the Purple Land of Doom aka the Trash.

  • Honor System
    Yes, screenshots can be photoshopped. Yes, there is no definite way of knowing whether or not a challenge has been completed properly, but for now, we'll be using the Honor System. Stay truthful and have fun - it's not a competition.

  • Be precise when giving a challenge
    Do not issue challenges which are too vague or difficult to understand. Simliarly, if you are confused about a challenge, request that the user make it more clear by PM'ing him/her or directly [img]http://forums2.battleon.com/f/image/pm.gif[/img] Skurge or one of the other ArchKnights to clarify.

  • No issuing insanely difficult or "luck-based" challenges!
    This means you can't say something like: "Defeat a Paladin 250 times!" or "Find 10 Time Gentleman's within 2 hours!", as that would just be silly and impractical - not to mention just annoying.

  • No PvP!
    This is strictly a PvE challenge thread. Anything along the lines of "Challenge ____ Person!" is invalid and will not be considered.

  • You cannot give a challenge unless you've completed one
    If you're going to give a challenge, you must complete one first! If, by coincidence, two players reply to the same challenge, the player who responded first will be the one to give the next challenge. First come first serve.

  • Give screenshots!
    Unless you can give screenshots of your epic feats, then do not post! Players who are found completing challenges by simply replying "OK! I finished!" will be deleted.

  • Be unique!
    It's a challenge thread after all. Giving challenges along the lines of: "Defeat a bat" or "Capture something in the Bottomless Pit" are no fun. Be unique and creative.

  • Forfeiting
    If for whatever reason you can't complete a challenge or no longer are able to do so, you may forfeit and leave the challenge to another. However, the penalty for doing so is that you will not be able to accept or issue another challenge for the rest of the current page.

    @Gorillo Really? A Water/Light character would be ideal, and really the two hardest parts are actually encountering FoV and then beating it.

    Yeah I have bad luck finding fiend only found him once my entire time playing this always get SK.

    Unfortunately I'm not good enough to do it at full HP. If it was beat the boss at all with a level 1 I'm sure I could pull it of mind.

    I'm actually finding it far more tedious getting to the boss without a bajillion encounters and finding the FoV himself. [>:]

    Found him a couple of times too, but he Corrupted > Countered > and 800'ed me before I could even charge to 9.

    I found him with Archpriest of Ver, charged to 19, and could have killed him with 1000 health remaining, but that wouldn't have completed the challenge. So he killed me when I kept redrawing trying to get more heals.

    Can I do a challenge like loose with - 4000 hp vs the computer or get 10000 hp on your screen?

    I think 10000 HP is possible but you need a lot of Nature's Gifts.

    For -4000 HP against the computer I guess you'd heal and defend while they rack up counters and then let them hurt you and finish yourself off with a massive damage combo against their counters.

    Wouldn't the Jop's Challenge be counted as a luck based challenge since a DoT from a 3 hit combo is given randomly when you perform a 3 hit combo? Pretty much from what I understood from the rules but no idea what Skurge or Mritha have to say about this.

    A 150 DOT appears way more often than a DFR. So I'm guessing it's okay.

    They're all luck-based to an extent, you have to be lucky enough to be playing OverSoul in order to even attempt them. [8D]

    We don't have many challenges to really do when you think about it. -_-

    How about slay a character of each element using water tick each enemy must have less than -2000 health?
