current hp progression per stat point +12/13 all hp amounts new scale: 750-950 +13 950-1050 +12 1050-1150 +10 1150-1250 +8 1250+ +6 lowers the hp abuse slightly. Thats a idea of a new scale stun grenade current scale is +10dmg per 4dex or 4tech change it to +10dmg per 3.5dex or 3.5tech this would give the tatical mercs and cyber hunters a more tankable move to use
Shadow arts aderline field commander all 3 need to be improved or replaced. atomic smash slight buff all 3 passive armors returned. max scale +100def for tlm +100res for ch +100 and for merc +80def and +80res or 100/100 assimilation current scale is +10energy per 9strength deals 85% of damage and absorbs 50% change to +10energy per 8.5strength cause tech mage already can feed off battery and can do damage with this skill plus 100% energy take double strike current system is 150energy start then +20 per level reduce the cost to +15 per level

If you think about it, this isn't much different from just having agility. Except instead of taking increased damage you just get less max health. The concepts are different but the actual effects of it are very similar.

I agree with all of this. I just worry that giving passives back to 3 of the classes will make them OP.... so why not just bring passives back?
