Different Legendary Ranks should be converted into scales that will be calculated among the level range of players.

While I would love to support this I can't.

This would isolate players within the range even more than they are now, and for players like comicilbiker and other high ranked players they won't get matches at all seeing as no one is near them. In a sense it would be punishing certain player for being high ranked.

It would also hurt them if they have to do PVP missions where they would need to do 2 vs 2 as well.

So until there is something that can keep this from happening to them I can't support this idea.

So perhaps the problem is with how many players are at each Rank.

Something like Ranks 1~5 are viewed as a Lvl 40.

5~20 as Lvl 41
21~60 as Lvl 42
60 above as Lvl 43
