Reason increases in more upper level 40's in turn effect improveing upper level balance. player base wise after about 2 to 4 months improve the matchmaking system for 1v1 and 2v2 for the 40's slightly. Jug mode- is another thing needing slight rescaleing 30-34 fight all 40's needs rescaleing example: lvl40 rank 1 to 20 vs 30-32 lvl40 rank 21 to 40 vs 30-33 lvl40 rank 41+ vs 31-34
