Pretty much just an global chat option for which only members of said faction can read and interact with.
In war events like these, it is kinda useful to send an global message to our fellow allies to where we should attack or what we should do.
Kinda of to strengthen the team spirit, kind of thing. [&:]
There are problems that would come with it, though it would still be an neat feature.
