Buff the common lucky strike primary core from 2% to 4% to make it on par with the other passive primary cores. 2% is negligible and isn't really worth buying. 4% is is no way OP; it is just fairer compared to the other options out there for primary passive cores.

I can totally support this because lucky strike is underrated or make lucky strike work with move such double strike.
