It doesn't have to make someone OP. What Nowras is basically saying is that its about time that we have a FULL promo set, and a rare one. Doesn't have to have OP cores, just something that will bring more hype to the game like the Eggzookas.
People are willing to buy, and what people need to start understanding is that most of us buy these promos to support the game. Not because it gives us an edge in battle. I along with several others buy promos, test out the gear, then never use the weapons again? Why? To test out the new gear but to also support the game.
One thing that makes us mad though is not using these promos again because they are coming back the following year and they consist of low quantity items (Black Abyss set e.g.).
We want something rare, heck i'd even go for no cores on any of these weapons but we need an entire promo set. The people who supported this game, free players too but especially the people who pay a ton of money to support this game, are asking for one simple rare promo. Just one that contains an entire set.
