u gain the robots base dmage by leveling u get full max robot base damage at lvl35 reduceing the opedness at lower level ranges

Please explain to me why you believe focus is so OP at lower levels? You are already giving up extreme damage from single builds as well as HP to gain this ability and at lower levels focus isn't a flavor build but rather Dex TM and a few others are.
