Well, I'll name some skills and the effect it should have instead of the current effects and the reason I think it must change: 1- Adrenaline: Affects all targets, making it useful for 2 vs 2 battles, since there's a robot that does it for free, making this skill completely unnecessary in all cases. 2- Static Charge: Maybe it's energy recovering should depend on any other stat, but not damage inflicted. For example: Adds X energy and inflicts unblockable weapon damage. X improves with Y stat. That would work like Assimilation, but not taking opponents energy. This would make cyber get energy even if the opponents use shield, which all classes can do. 3- Static/Atom Smasher: I think it should add some % weapon damage, just like Assimilation does, making it not completely worthless when it's blocked. Otherwise, maybe it could be DEFLECTABLE instead of blockable? It would be weird to make a club skill be deflected, but I was thinking of something to make both static and atom smasher better, because all those blocks make people want to try other classes. 4- Plasma Cannon: Energy stun grenade is working just like physical stun grenade. Why plasma cannon is mostly weaker than bunker? It's like a energy version of it!
