King Bling -> Universal Controversy (7/24/2014 2:23:56)

As you people know, epicduel is turning out to be the dumbest idea ever, people leaving the game due to its inefficiency of a lot of facts like the jugg battles, broken 2vs2 leavers trollers etc etc, varium players not getting the advantage, PASSIVES TO ACTIVES, and a lot more of things which has made this game down straight to the hell, now if epiduel really wants to support their players or listen to them, then just change back to ACTIVES TO PASSIVES, do it as soon as possible or you may lose players to that extent that you will be forced to shut down the game, well there is a limit to every thing and this point of OMEGA is the limit, you cant ignore everyone of us and just keep banning them, there will pop out more and more until and unless you guys listen to us, this is an MMORPG - massive multiplayer online role playing game, this doesnot make sense in any ways since, this game is no more MASSIVE, nor people have interest in MULTIPLAYER, and what role do we have to play if there is no storyline, or at least listen to us and change the ACTIVES back to passives, we dont mine the cores having energy cost but yes CHANGE THE ACTIVES BACK TO PASSIVES and we all really mean it, as time goes you are losing players and so losing interest to keep on................

(Finally there are chances I too may be banned, bye guys see you on facebook [:D] )

Varium players still get the advantage in this game it just isn't as big as before in the forum of a short cut and temporary power that non variums will have to wait for.

Just because it wasn't a permanent never going to be giving to Non varium player ever thing doesn't make it any less of an advantage.

Also the passive to active change wasn't bad. The problem was they never covered up every flaw. If they had energy strain would be a problem here. Other than that the passive to active change was alright.

You are right about one thing though. Many people left due to the change Omega brought. The problem was that they never fixed the original problems that have been around since Alpha. Had they done that the loss of players would have been much smaller.

While some players did leave due to the removal of enhancements poor varium compensation ETC many lost due to them losing the escapes for bad balance while not getting balance fixed. Omega made a promise and it has yet to keep it sadly.

The problem is P2W advert smaller is still here. That was promised to be removed which it wasn't. Balance between the classes is garbage and all the balance changes are doing is shuffling the flavor builds at best. If they want the game to come back to life the game as I said many times needs a Jenny Jones make over (meaning a complete rewrite of how everything works) Otherwise all these little changes will just keep shuffling the flavor builds, and big changes will be just a bad a band aid fixes without proper testing and checking for flaws.

When offering feedback, please do so constructively. As this thread is a litany of complaints and perceived issues, I am locking it. Feel free to post it when the rules regarding Constructive Criticism, quoted below, have been properly observed.

quote:

Constructive Criticism

  • What is it?
Constructive criticism is being able to process and offer your own thoughts and opinions in order to give courteous and friendly feedback. This is done by explaining what you like and dislike, while at the same time providing feedback that is useful. This is what separates constructive feedback from ranting/complaining and flaming.

  • Does it help? How?
Yes! Constructive criticism helps because not only are you giving feedback about what you don't like about a quest/event, but you're also giving feedback about what you DID like in the quest. Feedback could include on such topics as statistics, more dialogue, more explanatory cutscenes, more fights - everything that quests or events would normally include. This gives the game staff a better idea on future improvements.

  • Example of Constructive Criticism:
"I didn't partularly like this war because it felt too empty. To have made it better, I think the staff could have had a 50% cutscene to unlock rather than just a shop to progress the storyline. As it was, I personally was a little dissapointed that this war felt more rushed than previous wars, however I do understand that the staff had a lot on their plate when making this release.
That said, I greatly enjoyed the boss fight, the animations and art fit perfectly with the song that was playing in the background. So while not one of the best wars DF have done, I still enjoyed it. Thank you, DF staff!"

  • Example of Unconstructive Criticism:
"I didn't like this war at all. What were the staff thinking? The items in the shop were ugly, overpriced and were bugged!! No cutscene? That was never done before and it is not how it should be done ever. Seriously, doesn't the staff ever listen to us?! The boss fight was too hard and took forever to beat :( And there was no sound. I dont think the staff even care anymore. Best war ever /sarcasm I hate this game D:<!"
