EFFECT
When over or equal to 50% HP: (Normal Form) -3 to Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defences. When under 50% HP: (Transformed Form) +6 to Melee, Ranged, and Magic Defences. Note: This dynamically updates as soon as HP changes, so if the first hit of a 2-hit attack takes you below 50%, you'll get the blocking boost for the second hit. If you heal above 50%, the shield will revert to normal state.
DESCRIPTION
A simple looking shield that will help you resist Water element attacks. It's not as good at blocking normally, but when under half health you will see its true power.
