Mithridates -> Epicduel Streamers (8/8/2014 22:31:18)

Ok, a lot of games have achieved more players by streaming on twitch and other sites. I have started streaming on twitch for the last couple weeks and get 2-3 viewers at most(1 of which is me, the other 2 are friends from in-game chat). I stream an hour or two a day and more on weekend when I am not busy. I would love it if the devs got more people interested in streams. (How cool would it be to see how comical or other famous players play, from their point of view?)
my twitch channel is Mithridatesix. I hope I am not breaking any rules by putting this link here: http://www.twitch.tv/mithridatesix

My hope is that streaming will improve our current player base and bring in new players.

Thank you for reading this post, and give me feedback of what I should stream.

I have been streaming epicduel for awhile now. The game offers no value to those who know nothing about it so you have to mix in other games.
Recently i have added Minecraft, OMD2 and other games to my spread so that i can attract a crowd to view epicduel.

I feel, as with many games, Youtube and Twitch have a great power in the inde industry as we are free advertising to reach otherwise unreadable players

Yeah. Got 4 viewers at peak today. Pretty happy about that. figuring out how to get some good some music on the livestream. Once i am better at 1v1, I might give a go at live commentary. Would love it if people gave me some feedback of what they want to see.

Yeah, streaming is a good way to increase the playerbase. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to synch both mic and speaker audio together, otherwise I would've done it a long time ago (then again, if i did figure it out I would be spending more of my time doing LPs of other games and not that much on playing ED).

IMO it would be pretty interesting if you decided to go really ballsy and make some strange builds. My friend is using a support-based focus BH build at the moment and is apparently doing quite well, for example.

No point in steaming EpicDuel right now, because the game is very repetitive. Maybe when the game has more features.
