I have a question about the gazebo in the center. Seeing as you said that "a set of wide steps leading the way up and out of the inferno below", how high is this gazebo...?

I have a question. This description you give states that the temperature is cold, than unpleasantly warm, and than gets comfortable. So my first question is Why do you use the term "Inferno"? How hot are we talking? 100 degrees? more than that? Cause if it's more than what a human body can temporally handle, than we're already going to be in big trouble for those of us who are regular ol human beings.

@Arthur: The gazebo rises right around 2 feet off of the ground, give or take a couple of inches. Not extremely high, though higher than you might expect for that type of structure.

@Dnw: "Inferno" is used as a figure of speech in that situation, dnw, in order to emphasize that the area in question is quite hot. The actual temperatures within the Fountain Arena range from -8°C (roughly 18°F) at its highest point to 35°C (95°F) on the valley's floor. The temperature within the fountain's pavilion rests at a comfortable 16°C (roughly 61°F).

@Arthur: While the shot should be going over Aeron's head, the tendrils of the storm shot will be close to hit Aeron as it goes past. Just an FYI. Here's to a good fight!

quick question for ya.

How is the troll able to make water a non conductive element? I understand from the bio that you use physical and magical properties, but i'm trying to better understand how the troll is able to make water not be conducive to electricity when by all logics, water typically is.

Water is not actually that conductive on its own, things dissolved in it make it conductive. According to this, pure water is about six orders of magnitude less conductive than sea water - to put it in an awkward way, it requires the same effort to go through 1mm of pure water as it does to go through a km of sea water. (Don't quote this, though, it's really not accurate at all.)

So, to answer that, he's simply going to remove all impurities from the water around him.

Next Monday I start back to college, so you'll likely see me online typically around 7 or so pm in irc. I'll still have it on but it'll be set for "Dnw|NotHere" when it changes to afk or just plain Dnw. That means i'm near the computer.

Connor made himself a target the moment he fired his weapon of choice.

Unfortunately for him, He just torched my char's favorite and only coat. So now he's in Big trouble.
