Its default attack does less damage, with the lost damage being kept in a "bank".
If it is above 25% HP and has «SPCheck» SP, it spends «SP Cost» SP and unleashes a hook for increased Wind damage.
If it is below 25% HP and has «SP Cost» SP, it spends that much and unleashes a double uppercut (Wind element) on you. This attack empties the "bank", dealing additional damage equal to the amount stored earlier.
