A big war will not be happening. There's too little time to set up a new war event (not regional), yet alone create all the art assets required. Expanding on maps is even more time consuming, and we're talking few weeks even. Waaaaaaaay too little time, and there's Winter Event just over a month later, which will be bigger than Halloween - something along the lines of Waves of Wrath. Not mentioning we are yet to finish off the current event, next week.
Problem with the candy drops and stacking a higher quantity of them is... limited inventory space. If we were to make few different drops, players would be rendered unable to buy new items - up until they complete the mission, which would depend on your luck in PvP. It was easier in the past, when misc items didn't count towards inventory slots. However, we do have few ideas already, for a small event.
