I feel that adding reading book answer questions about the book would be great for the younger player base of the community.
An award for that for an idea would be an achievement or something else.
I got this idea from wwe they do the reading challenge and the kids gets a free ticket to wrestle mania

I don't see how this feature would fit in with ED, it's Epic Duel not Epic Reading Education and besides most of the 'younger playerbase' wouldn't take the effort to read a book anyways and just look up all the answers lol.

It could be a time limited thing ingame based on epicduel storys.
example Rabble ask the community to read this story based on epicduel storyline then go to him ingame and answer his poll get it correct u earn the achievement

We already do this in form of Missions. Players still end up looking up the locations or just asking questions, which have already been answered in the mission dialogue. One example I've seen this weekend is Part 2 Mission 5 of Waves of Wrath Event - it asks you to check out the most popular merchants around Delta V. Many have struggled and asked for direct answers, because they don't know their NPCs - although, this was also to do with the three said vendors often having new weapons added there (Charfade, Naomi, and Hank was kinda an obvious one).

Whilst Rabble's Questions are severely underused, one question being probably to do with research for Project Omni, back in the day, this isn't the way to improve their usefulness. Not only that, we'd have to write the story up too, which takes away time from creating actual Missions and adding them in-game, as opposed to a Forum-based story - think of NPC bios which are also on Forum, and ED Wiki. BigTuna's real name is Isla, which was mentioned once or twice in-game, but some players were also confused why she had a different name in the event.
