I'm not sure this would work but here goes.

I used to play some other games that had achievements for example how long you were playing or for example logging in on 60 different days or staying loyal to a faction for x days.

I know quite a lot of people that are still around just to collect achievements even if they are only worth a small number of rating points.

There are, and have been, a ton of players who have stayed loyal to this game and will continue staying loyal to this game and they should be rewarded for it or at least acknowledged. Supported.

Supported cause flaunting your authority or having something to prove your superiority to others is always nice. At least it makes me feel better when heroes who have 2k 1v1 wins call me a noob when I have 20k 1v1 wins.

^ Yh also I think the achievement should not be worth too many rating points so it doesn't turn into beta noob or delta noob discussions.
