Stupid Gas was a PC power Ghost-Type Infected developed during Infection II so just seemed like a thing to suggest. I have no issue with mutant animals, so go ahead.

Could a Neo have freezing powers? I have some ideas for creative uses of those powers. If so, what would the limitations be and would it have to follow the normal laws of thermodynamics? (e.g. Heat can't be removed, only redistributed.)

@Disc: Hmmm. As for freezing powers for Neos. Since we need more abilities for Neos. Yes it will follow the normal laws of thermodynamics. The limitations would be the extent of your imagination and how much water there is around you.

Well we have Iceman and Spiderman now.

Oh, hey look it got approved. I'll post first first stuff here soon.

@Disc: New Haven is both arid and humid all depending on the years weather and the time of the year. Though the game itself would take place in a different city because I don't feel like inflicting possibly mentally damaging things on the same people twice. I'm crazy not evil.

And if I don't get around to the post before Christmas, I just want to say. Merry Christmas/whatever winter time holiday you do and a Happy New Year!

Basically what it sounds like: Made people stupid when they got exposed to it. From what I remember it was used only once, but the effects were pretty quick on one part of this duo while the second ended up letting me & DA(?) go after murdering his pal.

I thought 616 Iceman could melt and reform at will as well? Sounds like a delightful ability for higher-rate Infected though, or perhaps a side-effect of their infection going critical or negatively affected. Oh, is there any limits on what could happen for an Infected? I would love to design some, and I have done some "biological horror" stuff before (heck, I once tried a rather similar concept that I called Lost of Life, though everyone was basically an Infected and would have to pass their infection along to temporarily cure themselves). Hey, I do have a concept labelled " The Psychic Reaper" that I would love to use. Could explain more in a PM if you like.

Hmm... For Neo power suggestions, what things (like say "Gravity-related" or "Super Speed" for examples of what I mean) will you not do?

Iceman could do that? o.O Well that shows how little I know about comics and superheroes. Though it does feel like boss class power because it would be one of those annoying powers to fight. There are a few Infected(monsters) that have limits but most wouldn't, depending on the powers. Psychic Reaper? That sounds like a name to run away from! :P Sounds interesting though and I'd like to hear more.

Of the two I'd run "Super Speed" and if I were to run "Gravity-related" It would be nerfed because game breakingness.

That isn't quite what I meant, though does fit. So besides gravity-related things, what else would have to be weak and what would be outright denied? Time-powers don't seem likely outside of self-localized time dilation, either as the result of sheer super speed, part of super reflexes, or an Infected side-effect causing them to perceive the progression of time differently. Opening portals would require tearing open and sewing up space-time, yet I don't think the Viral Samples cause such random mutations as to control the very underpinnings of reality.

Hey look an Update.

Tampering with reality and things along those lines would obviously be out right denied. Telekinesis/Gravity would be weakened or have specialized limits put on it. Though I don't fully know what people will suggest so throw'em at the all and see what sticks so to speak.

This was the phrase frequently heard from Evan. An engineer, explorer, and extreme sportsman, he seemed to be always in the middle of some activity or other, usually a really fun one. He was well known and liked around his hometown. Then he noticed changes in himself. He would heal faster from scrapes, and could withstand temperatures from Sahara Desert to Arctic Tundra with no ill effects. Recently he has gained the ability to transfer heat in his body, warming and cooling specific parts. He is now visiting Haven City, ostensibly as part of a road trip to see some friends, but secretly he also wants to learn more about his powers, and how he can use them to help the world.

In addition to the above listed abilities, Evan can secrete water from his pores at will in a process analogous to normal humans' sweating, though this dehydrates him. Unlike normal humans, he is able to keep his internal body temperature around room temperature, which he usually does in order to make freezing things easier. He keeps six ice shurikens in a pocket close to his body, and is skilled at throwing them.

It works just fine though one thing is a problem. The game doesn't take place in Haven City(mostly because Haven is a pile of ruble right now) or in New Haven. The current location is called "Carmine City". But other than that it works though how does he keep the ice shurikens at a constant temp and frozen?

His power is being able to cool some parts of his body and heat other parts, so he keeps the shurikens close to a cold part of his body.

Alright. You're accepted outside of the "Haven City" bit because Carmine City. I'll add you too the list stuff when I make the next update.

Though I have a question for future updates. Would you all like to have little minor back ground things mentioning the situation outside of Carmine City? They won't be a major thing, but just something to add a bit more flavor and depth to the world. Or would guys still want to keep it to just Carmine City?

There. Now things will get interesting. And met two of the factions with in the game!

Military and The Predators(name pending). I wouldn't mind name suggestions for the Infected group.
