the last bosses release (katherax and enless) is weaker than saeva lionhart, it was maded aparently for allow all players get the achievement, what is good, i don't get the ebil conqueror achievement because was lv 30 and don't find a partner to fight, what is extremly sad because it is a rare achievemant. but the game still need show a challenge to the high level players, my suggest is release the future bosses with an normal/easy and hard mode as before, but this time give an achievemant for the normal mode and a upgraded version of same achievemant (just add more rating points), instead 2, for who beat the hard mode. for example, if you beat the endless easy mode u get the endless slayer with 1000 points, if you beat the endless again but now in the hard mode, the achievemant turns in ultimate endless slayer with more points. it is only a example.

When we design Bosses, it's not about their difficulty only. The easier they are, the more players can beat them, thus allowing more people to complete a specific Mission Chain. All of it has to be taken into account, including the story - which seemed fitting for Saeva, actually.

Getting a Hard Mode done is an option, but not always fitting. It depends on the Event itself and the story - after all, Bosses are made for the story, not out of the blue.

lol, unlike you says, the devs aparently don't care much about the history when they design the bosses, in some point of frozen fury saga edgar boothe said that could be slained by alydriah, but him have same difficulty to beat as she, also alydriah is a npc lv 50 with same difficulty of npcs lv 40.

We were the ones to write the story and give guidelines for what the Bosses should be like. Only because the story says one thing, doesn't mean it must be taken word for word; not one-dimensional. Titan is also a demi-god, but his weakness is bacon - do we just throw bacon at him and he's gone?

put in the history that titan weakness is bacon is a joke/sarcasm, put in the history that titan could be slained by nightwraith would be ridiculous. btw this points show clearly that the missions dialogues is not important enough to made my suggest not suported.

- Make difficulty changes according to lvl. Starting from Lv 40 to Lv. 30.
- Make 3 options: Easy, Normal and hard modes.

Why not make the boss be the same level you are, for example your level is 'x', then there should be an x value in the boss where his health, str and rest factors depends upon the factor x. The more the x i.e level the more harder and vica verse, this is the same way it goes in Adventure Quest where you face enemies you level and not just random high level ones.
