It is unfortunate when you drop a lot of money on something only to get it as a free gift but there is no way to plan for this other than to just hold out during any event that gives free stuff

Blowing what was for me a fortune of credits only to receive the same item for free. It still an awful feeling dropping a ton of varium or credits on an item only to receive basically the same thing for free
