I cannot find my suggestion thread. I assume it has been deleted considering the fact that it has not been nor my forum account itself, active for the past year or two. Can anyone help me find it or confirm my hypothesis and if so is it possible for it to be retrieved? -Thanks in advance

Things are auto deleted after some time (varies by board), if it's not in your post history it is gone.

You might try https://archive.org/web/ , just put the url in for the board in question and see what you can find.
