There are infrequent suggestion threads posted in the General Discussion forum by staff members when needed instead.

I'm guessing they don't want to make a suggestions area for each and every subforum located on the website. It seems like a total ripoff, but it saves times and space.[:D] The link Gingkage posted contains the reason why it was removed. Users should not create suggestion threads in DFGD, if needed one will be created by forum or game staff. Locked. [Niki]
