Absolutely not. Bad enough that NPC gives xp. This is a PvP game.

Actually, we can't even do Exp rewards with how things are coded. That aside, Exp should be earnt through battles - including player experience - instead of getting it from Missions, but not knowing how to play the game. NPCs already do that, yeah, but even if Exp rewards from Missions were possible, I don't think they would be done for these reasons - unless all Missions were PvP-only.
