Some bosses require that the player is lucky in the first few moves.
If he fails he has to go through many turns just to fail. Or he could
relog which takes alot time too. Both things are annoying.
Another scenario is that the player does accidently challenge an
NPC by accident or does choose the wrong mode (normal / hard).
Some bosses require that the player does skips turns.
Instead of having to wait for 15 seconds it would be faster and less
annoying to skip turns quickly.
