Brief Description:
The healing points of Field Medic do show up incorrectly when inspecting other characters.
Both in battle and travel mode and it affects characters of all levels and ranks.
The numbers are also wrong in the small preview window in battle when hovering the mouse cursor
over Field Medic in the skill activation bar.
I tested it with a lvl 40 who did not have Medical Mastery. My character has it maxed.
To me both of our Field Medic showed 428 while for him both showed 408.
Step by step details to duplicate issue:
1. Compare Field Medic in skill tree (428) with Field Medic preview in battle (408) and Field Medic when using (428)
2. Also compare it with Medical Mastery which is maxed on my character (+20)
3. Compare Field Medic on own and other characters while being in duel and in travel mode
