You are trolling me right now right?

If what you were saying was true than underdog mode would only be affecting those who face legendary players not everyone.

There have been complaints about matchmaking since this beta and there have been numerous complaints both in game and in the forums about unfair fights.

I have seen quite a few threads in the past where people were making drastic suggestions to make fights fair, and quite a few people quit ED because of those unfair fights.

So knowing this along with the complaints about unfair fights within legendary mode they made the underdog mode which was their solution to both problems.


Underdog mode was never made to strip the power away from legendary mode. It was made to make fights more balanced and not once sided for all.

Like you I get the short end of the stick when it comes to this mode sometimes as well but as I pointed out I won't support something that will throw the majority (who have been suffering under the bus) just so I can have my advantage back.

The back lash from doing that will not be pretty. It will be basically enhancement removal 2.0. But it would give an excuse to nerf the legendary titan.

Matter of fact... yea. Remove Legendary Mode all together. Its completely obsolete now. If the goal is to make matches "Equal" instead of "Balanced" then lets just get rid of legendary mode altogether.

The removal of enhancements was bad because it was badly compensated, and doing the math, unlocking 100 slots with varium costs 25k varium, that's assuming you unlocked of them with varium, which most of us don't after the gifting. Therefore the compensation can be easy, a 50% I say is great rather than the 30% given back then, while people invested and thousands and thousands of varium/dollars on enhancements.

As for experience, which can't be directly compensated, well, a leveling up system might do the job.

Yea, lets get rid of Ranks and give us back levels. Hows this guys:

-100 ranks, so lets change that 10 more levels.

Each level after 40 will require 75,000 xp (to make up for ranks since it takes 75k xp to get to rank 10). That seems like the easiest way to go about it. OR...

-20 More levels.

Each level after 40 will require 37,500 xp (to make up for ranks since it takes 37,500 xp to get to rank 5). That seems easy also. OR....

-50 more Levels

Each level after 40 will require 15,000 xp (to make up for ranks since it takes 15k xp for 2 ranks). That also seems easy.

Players with excess XP will continue leveling up, as they do now but will unlock an NPC mode where each stat Point and Skill point AFTER the level cap are applied and only effective to NPCS.

I can see a few problems with this.

Isolation is one of them.

Low ranked players won't have an issue with this, but high ranked players? They will have so much EXP from getting ranks that they will be pushed out of the range of most which will heavily cut their player pool for starts.

Then there is the skill point spill over.

Some players already have too many stat points as it is and with each level will come skill points.

Depending on how people make their builds this would be a major issue seeing as there would be too many moves not enough places to put them.

Then there is the energy crisis which make energy super important. Higher level players will become more susceptible to energy drainers making it harder for them to make their moves.

While I am not for or against this change just some food for thought of what would happen if this came into play.

I have calculated this, until you have 80 skill stats it wont affect your build, more than that it might, now ask why 80? Because until that you can invest those extra skills into unwanted skills dats why
no trolling mother another simple solution was to reduce the level with whom they fight.

for someone who has a build that makes use of all their skills currently it would be a problem way sooner than 80 skill points. Some players as I pointed out already have too many skill points and are already doing as you pointed out placing skill points into moves they don't use. For those players this move would be even worse for them.

Not all builds have skills that are required to be used in the one battle. Half of the skills in the game are situational such as shields and other buffs, debuffs and even some offensive skils in some cases.

What i discovered is THAT UNDERDOG MODE GIVES LOW RANKED PLAYERS EXTRA HEAL THERE ARE 3 THINGS TO EXPLAIN THIS
1ST THING IS : ITS A BUG
2ND THING IS : THEY MADE THIS WITHOUT TELLING US
3RD THING IS : THESE GUYs WERE HACKING THE GAME

Do you really think that a rank 66 player is a god? that he will win even if his opponent block him 24/7?

if these problems are facing me then what problems are facing Ghost God , E D Z O lord shay and others who are rank 90+?

another thing is HOW DA ***** can a rank 20 start 1st and he has 19 support while i have 45+27 well the result is a 100% lose.

i really want to be a low ranked player again they get extra credits exp and luck advantage with 1st turns blocks and defls

WE HIGH RANKED PLAYERS NOT ONLY GOT EXP TO GET HIGHER RANKS WE PAID CREDITS AND VARIUM I MY SELF PAID OVER 750K CREDITS AND 7K VARIUM ON LEGENDARY MODE POINTS for what? FOR LOSING CUZ OF LUCK? or to win more? guess what? im using a support build my enemy got like 30 support less than me he starts 1st whats the result ? its clear with support builds whoever starts 1st wins. now let's move to my strength build with 19 support i have never started 1st against people with the same support as me NEVER and this build is like support builds whoever start 1st wins and if i have a chance to win they get lucky and block my rage or bludgeon or my strike after malf not to mention that low ranked players have a higher rage def ignore cuz of the +5 support they get WHERE IS FAIR ? TELL ME WHEREE?!?!!?!?? AND U WANT US TO KEEP PLAYING THIS GAME LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO WE WOULD BE STUPID ******* IF WE DO
And don't delete this message cuz there's nothing wrong with it oh i forgot u guys don't want to listen u just do what ever u think is right even if the players know that that thing is wrong i know what ur thinking of ur thinking that the majority of our players are low ranked so they r gonna enjoy this change we dont care for those who are high ranked even if they leave the game they are still the minority they wont affect on us HAHAHAHAH (rabble prob said that)

^^^Luck factors. starting first, more hp on heal too now I guesss. Totally not fair.

Can we give up our ranks please to use underdog mode? Its way more fun and better.
