This achievement can only be obtained during times of war where there are influence gains. This slowed down the WD All-Time Leaderboard by a lot, thus it does not truly show the most dominant factions overall (like it previously had done). So My suggestion is to add faction points, which account for every win a player gets. It'd be much like the old system was with influence gains.
+5 Faction Points for one 1v1 win.
+10 Faction Points for one 2v2 win.
+15 Faction Points for one 2v1 win.
This will make world domination an every day fight, and soon all-around factions could pop up and not dedicate themselves to a sole battle mode, and instead have players from all realms of battle in an attempt to unite the competition.
