I find this skill strong, there is no downside to it, I mean
Two simultaneous turns of energy gain and energy reduction, completely unbalanced in my opinion, no other skill or combination of two skills can replicate this effect, on top of that rage gain and damage can also be done in both these turn, this completely disrupts the defenders energy control, he is not able to generate energy for two turns and this can be deadly at near critical health. No reasons to not to use it. So I suggest to change the working of this skill. Thoughts?

The skill is only good if the opponent has a mass amount of energy. If the energy is weak then the skill is weak. Energy Parasite is in no way OP.

yes, same as static grenade,
but here it lasts two turns of reduction and gain.
does damage.
gets rage.

The skills not strong. When your opponent parasites you all you gotta do is do a high energy wasting move, then steal your energy back the next move. Moral of the story: Dont take energy before he parasites

If there should be any change to parasite - it should be made stronger. It's very easy to avoid losing too much energy to parasite, as it gives you time to react. On the other hand - it drains too little energy at once, so everyone is still able to regenerate some and use it, while under the effect of parasite. Remember, this is the only way a Blood Mage can gain energy! If it was an additional skill to Battery Backup, like Assimilation is - then yes, this discussion could have made some sense.

I'm a BM and I must say the skill is good but you ran out of energy once the enemy runs out of energy. And you can time battery and use it when this skill is in cooldown.



The lower your enemy's energy, the useless will this skill be, not to mention you can take the energy back with skills like BH grenade, emp, mercenary static smash or TLM energy maul, the armor core.


It's similar with the BH skill , Mercenary skill, Assimilation except you don't steal and get the energy in that turn, it's slower over 2 turns. And yes, it does damage and gives rage, but the damage is too low. I think it's like 60%, it doesn't look like 80%, could be wrong.

It could be 80% (or even 85, you can never know, no matter what anyone says), but with the extreme strength nerf - it's useless. 80% of nothing is... less than nothing.
