It should actually deal 50 damage (not more or less cant be raged tho) and reduce the targets healing effects by 50% for 4 turns.
+Add a passive core to it
effect: In juggeranut the active core deals 80% damage to both targets and reduces both of their healing effects by 50% for 5 turns.

Fixing HP not having diminishing returns would make the core better as Field medic would have more use. Right now most people are opting for high HP over more of other stats and thus field medic is devalued and this core has been weakened.

how bout it gives 50% damage of normal damage but disables healing for 2 turns or 1 turn.

Or revert to the original effect and just increase cost. 100% damage and 50% heal for 160 mp.
