Could we possibly make it so we can only see each others defense and resistance and not skill levels? Also maybe make a 3 v 3 and 4 v 4 and limit multi to only 2 targets will make the game a little more complicated. Aswell as the match making system to atleast match highest level with lowest level in 2 v 2 to make it a little more even.

For the first one in a sense that would make the game more luck based for the soul purpose that many people make strategies based off of the skill point settings. That lets you know how much energy your opponents will need for their moves and in a sense make so they know what to use to counter.
It also lets you know what kind of build your opponent is using which also helps you tell how to fight them as well.
So on that note I can't support the first part of this since it would lead to blind battles.
Also for the new battles modes we barely have a player base for 1 vs 1 2 vs 2 and juggernaut. Adding two more modes will stretch the player pool even worse due to their being even less players for everyone to choose from.

not supported. 2 vs 2 there are sometimes big lag and sometimes unfair battles. 3 vs 3 and more someone will quit and game will be useless

Mystery is the enemy of strategy. While a well thought out plan will account for the unknown it focuses more on knowing every possible thing to make the best plan. Removing the abilities to see skill levels will prevent players from making the correct calls to outplay their enemy
