lately, for some players, its been hard to find a faction or recruit a player. So, I suggest maybe add a list with all the factions' names and players that want to join a certain faction must 'tryout' for it and the leader of the faction can either accept or decline the player's request to join the faction. and also there's a limit to how many players can tryout depending on the size and rank of the faction
