why not make Elon a legendary boss with a 10 -20 % chance to drop Musk Husk ?

We're in the process of making all NPCs challengeable, so this is a good idea. We'd prefer to reserve legendary bosses for iconic, notable or influential NPCs, though, and their legendary status must make sense in the game's lore.

I doubt we'd make Musk Husk a drop though as it's already obtainable through the LQS.

I am just going to step in real quick to back that up SSM is a guest writer we are working on getting a title so this confusion doesn't happen

Silver Sky Magician is definitely a guest writer for ED! They were titled already, by me. Sometimes when a section of the forums are upgraded, added-to, some titles are lost. I suspect that this is what happened to SSM's title.
At any rate, the title is back where it belongs! :)

I just noticed that all three of your threads are for drops. Why don't we go from different threads for drops to just one massive thread for boss and drops you would like to see.
Work under the assumption that every NPC will be challengable so long as nothing drastic happens to flash support in the near future
