if you havnt already make a low level character and get it to level 10 or 6 , 7 or something near that , all i see is bounty hunters , but they all use the same build , nobody uses mark at low level because its useless , that needs to be fixed , to be honest passives are what kept this game at a strategie game , you had to have it at max or you lost , very rarely you would win , but nobody puts anything in mark or plasma armor because it doesnt do anything , it costs energy and people would much rather put it in an attack that does damage , and thats a problem

Low level fights last 2-3 turns at best and strength isn't usable at lower levels which is what Mark of blood works well with. That is why most don't use it at low levels though I do have a BH alt that I do use it with.

MoB does also work at low levels but as its a powerfull skill it does make sense to invest
more skill points into it. Its one of those skills that could increase in efficiency as it could
add more HPs than EPs got used. The lowest level is the the least efficient when comparing
energy cost to HP regeneration percentage. While it is 10 EP for 1% point at level 1 it does
increase by 2% points for every 10 EP constantly. At level 10 it is then 10 EP for 1,38%
points which is an increase by 38%.


EP--- HP regen-- % points for 10 EP
150-- 15%------- 1,00%
160-- 17%------- 1,06% (+0,06)
170-- 19%------- 1,12% (+0,06)
180-- 21%------- 1,17% (+0,05)
190-- 23%------- 1,21% (+0,04)
200-- 25%------- 1,25% (+0,04)
210-- 27%------- 1,29% (+0,04)
220-- 29%------- 1,32% (+0,03)
230-- 31%------- 1,35% (+0,03)
240-- 33%------- 1,38% (+0,03)

I think there are still a few people that don't max their dex and multi the faces off of anyone. I actually have a BH alt that uses energy shield and reflex boost more often as compared to multi shot

I only see pure dex multi bounty hunters, support multi mercs, and some high dex multi mages now. Specially those support/hp mercs.
