Brief Description: Paranoid Freak's rage was 70-80% and he raged. what does it mean? is that bug or something

If he used his aux in rage, it is legit as there an active core in hus aux that allows him to do a rage with the correspondant %, even if the rage bar is not at 100%.
Although if he raged with another weapon/skill, that's whether a hack or a bug.

Frozen furry aux

The Frozen Fury Annihilator aux has the Hair Trigger core, which allows you to do a mini-rage equal to the percent of Rage you currently have available. As this isn't a bug, locking up.
