I dont have a name for it but maybe a new bot could increase the cost of certain skills or a random skill like pyro fly. Possible even just change the pyro fly to that. It would make it more balanced. I havent thought of possible percentages but its an idea.

why not make the bot have the ability to increase the energy cost of all skills and cores of one of the opponents by 15% for the rest of the battle?

I said certain skills because skills like supercharge,massacre and surgical strike would take an indirect nerf as if may bring the energy cost above their enrgy pool. Maybe it could even be like 20% of a level 1 version would be better.
