Missions and mission texts in particular are the main way we develop EpicDuel's plot and lore. Despite our best efforts to make them more engaging, though, manyplayers just scroll to the end of the text to find the mission requirements, essentially skipping a huge part of the story. How do you think we can better engage the players to be more invested in ED's rich lore, and make missions more fun in general? One method I've tried is to make the mission requirements more obscure, so players have to read the texts to better understand what to do. What other suggestions do you have? Do note that we don't have the resources for cutscenes like the other AE games - we usually reserve these for major, plot-driving events.
