Bug description
While using an alt that didn't finish the chain I saw that the Halloween missions aren't up even though they are supposed to return during October
Can bug be duplicated
yes
If so explain
1) Log on with an account that hasn't done the missions
2) Go to Brunson the mission chain starter to look up his missions
3) See that the halloween chain isn't there.
