Dear ED team,
I having having trouble accessing my main account, which is not link to this. Every time i try to log in it says the account has been disabled and I have no idea why? What is going on and how can I start playing again? I remember logging in a few days ago and it was fine and it was only to do the new missions. I have spent a lot of time building my account to level 39 and would not like to start from scratch. So if you know what is going on please tell me if you need details about my account please let me know. I really want to get back to playing as soon as I can. Thanks again.
