hello everyone. i wanna say my suggestion and my opinion about energy skills. i have 2 players. bounty hunter and blood mage. everyone knows that energy parasite is weak, plus blood mage can only use focus 5 build. but blood mage is better than bounty hunter because of bm has more different skills: intimidate, plasma cannon, bludgeon, energy parasite. and best thing of blood mage is better than bounty hunter is that energy parasite is 3 cool down, i mean energy skill. and i am getting more pleasure and more enjoy playing with blood mage, because with bounty hunter i am bored.

i suggest every energy skill must be 3 cool down. 4 cool down must be only field medic

cyber hunter is good because of emp grenade and static charge are 3 cool down both
blood mage is also good because energy parasite is 3 cool down
other 4 classes game is so borable because u must wait 4 turns for energy skill

my suggestion is such:

make energy backup 3 cool down and only 300 energy get instead of 333 (tech mage and tactical mercenary)
make static smash 3 cool down and also make improve with technology instead of strength (mercenary)
make static grenade 3 cool down and look. get lower steal energy and add percentage of drain energy, i mean on 45 support you steal 300 energy and drain 65% it is 195. my suggestion is drain 270 energy and back 75% i mean 203. on 45+14 support bounty hunter will steal about 300 energy and back 75% it is 240 energy for 3 cool down
make energy parasite steal 25% energy instead of 20% or drain 2x instead of 1,5x

i think it will be great. because mercenary is weak because of static smash is bad and 4 cool down is it. blood mage is weak because energy parasite is bad if enemy has low energy. bounty hunter getting only 195-213 energy only for 4 cool down. play with tactical mercenary is also borable because energy skill is 4 cool down. tech mage is good but need energy backup also 3 cool down and get lower energy

I don't support. I've played as tac merc, cyber, bounty and tech mage and the only thing that redeems cyber hunters lackluster energy gain move is it's lower cooldown. as a former tac merc lowering the cooldown by one (even with your proposed return decrease) would be unnessiarily fast and would have been OP for a poison five focus build. I haven't played as merc at a high enough level to make an accurate call but it seems that static smash does well enough that it doesn't need a buff, and again switching that to improving with tech would boost five focus again.
also energy parasite is much better than you have given it credit for.

Nope to everything apart from static smash , It needs a buff what your suggesting is a bad idea tech bunker 5 focus anyone/surgical strike sounds a little too powerful

But static smash I agree is a to weak I feel like giving it a stat is hard. Would be to strong with support or tech for obvious reasons

I think the solution is leave the drain where it is and double the steal.
