This won't be some fancy thing about skills and such. I would like to propose an idea. A tournament either 1vs1 or 2vs2 without the use of legendary points, so people can have an equal chance in every fight. If the person were
to win you could give them a title and a rare item or seasonal rare.

Several problems

1) In order for everyone to have an equal chance at this they would need to have everyone fight their own levels only which will be at best extreme isolation.

2) Underdog also needs to be removed seeing as if ranks are disabled yet underdog happens then the fights will be in favor of the underdog player at the level capped players.

I'm thinking about a npc.
You sign up for a tourney you go to a place then you create a build using the given amount of skill points and stat. They then do something like an automated matchmaking.
