im sorry but this skill is garbage , i tried 100+strenght with blood commander and i STILL didnt steal 300 energy , just make it like static grenade but its a smash instead because static smash is way to weak

and to get 280 with bounty u need 100 + support and who plays that with bounty ?

He means to take 280+ energy, not to gain 280+ energy. Even a Dex BH with no base SUPP investment can take 274 energy, and gain about the same amount of energy as a Focus 5 Merc using Static Smash.

Static Smash is one of the skills that are up for review. Changes to the skill (if any) will be made after the testers are freed up in December.
