Dark Incarnate has a nulgath weapon too, shouldn't that make him eligible?.

What level difference range would two players need to determine who goes first?

I'm sorry to say it is over. There's simply no staff working on it. Nulgath was the only one keeping it alive for about a year and he was laid off in July.

Why can't they just get people working on it again? It'd be a shame to just give up. This game still has a huge potential if they just give it more attention.

The least they can do is to release it as a complete game. They owe us that much to say the least.

I agree, but the forum community has been trying to get them to give the game more attention since Beta began without success.

It will always be the lowest player between the two. So if player B is level 20 and player A is level 1-19. Player A will go first for the first duel of the match. Then for 2nd Duel Player B will go first and the third duel player A. Where the players will keep alternating who goes starts until someone win 2 duels in a row.

Characters still go over that post since it long.

Where trying to see if we can get the game updated for holiday stuff so the seasonal stuff returns. Its just waiting on AE if they can change the current stuff to the holidays.

The majority of their game staff are handling other projects like their mobile games, the upcoming AQ3D, and handling the current main games. Which are sadly very time consuming which made it hard for the team to have someone work on this game. So they been more restricted on who they can have help out here.

Its hard to say if the game is coming to an end or not since you only AE team can decide that. When I said that Big Hoorah. When I made this release I wanted to make sure everyone had that big epic release to have under their belt. Incase if the game is no longer continue. They had a fun big event to look at instead of worring about the game since Nulgath left.

I understand Kiyone. But can't you guys give a suggestion to AE on what they can do for Oversoul? Like look for a potential replacement for Nulgath?
Maybe if they want the hard numbers we can make like a poll or a petition so that they can see how many people really want to play Oversoul.

At the end of they day they won't lose anything if Oversoul becomes a success right? In fact they'll have more to gain.

I was having a long talk with Alina on Twitter by DM about serveal subjects, and it's possible OS may not be as dead as we all think. I won't say mch more then that since Alina said she would post more about the possibilty herself and I'm not sure I would get it across right, but I will say this: nothing much with OS will happen untill Warlic is done working on AQ3D. After that, things have a chance of happening. But it all relies on Warlic being done with AQ3D.

Really, EVERTHING about AE relies on AQ3D at this point. To quote Galadriel:

Yeah AQ3D is the last life line for AE all the other games are dropping in number of players and money for once million dollar company to be averaging 9k people a day with about 50/50 as free player and paid members that 4,500 people 1million/ 4500 = $222.23 <---- the amount each paid player would have to spend to keep AE making a million and this isn't subtracting the staff that need to be paid the server cost. With that at mind your looking at more than $400 a person even if you get a full membership in AE for a year that only about 50 - 60 bucks for a whole year so that a one time payment for a entire year and the game will still require these cost. if every play who was a paid member had a full year which is realistic at all its only 270k from websites I've read about AE employees they make 30k and up depending on there role so it'll continue to go down hill as far as staff members go untill they can do something to change it around. Now the goal of AE right now is to make AQ3D which is causing them to make a kickstarter which will fund the game so untill AQ3D is live which looks like its being slowed down do to the lack of funds I dont see it going live till some time next year maybe the summer months. The kickstarter starts on the 20th if im not mistaken so during that time you can expect no major work being put on it besides advertisement to get more people to back it.

Now a good idea would be to spread the word of the kickstarter cause if AQ3D succeeds OS will get an actual chance to succeed since it'll more than likely not get anything major while AQ3D is in such a fragile state.

As far as artist go several of the paid AE artist are willing to work on OS but do to their contracts its not allowed with direct permission from their bosses.

I really hope AE can be successful again. I've played it since I was a child and if it dies, a part of me dies with it. [:(] I'm serious, I can't even count the number of hours I've poured into AE's game. I really want the best for them.
