I came up with this idea due to the fact that the majority of people sit around at popular spots asking for codes and fame all day instead of actually doing battles. With this new idea, I imagine having the fame button only available during battles and having a code button that you can click to receive a code from the player without the person actually having to give out the code. If the player currently doesn't have any codes to give out then a message can appear saying so. The whole point of this idea is to get more people involved with battling.
Also, if it is possible. The war should be started when gifting starts. Reasons stated above.
