This cant counter

---Static grenade
---assimilation (energy controll)
---static charge (energy controll)



This can counter

---Static smash (too many core/skill effect this skill) (still only energy controll skill in mercenary)
---Atom smash (Taclical merc is already very strong energy control)

Kartherax bot special need doing immune to energy controll skills. Every other classes can make guaranteed full damage/gaining energy controll expect mercenary. (Tcl merc isnt so big effect)
Same balance issue what is old days in cyber yeti special. Only mercenary effect (energy control)
That effect is very strong. -240 str damage out. That is MUCH MUCH and one more time MUCH higher than anything intimitade can doing in game.

Supported, I have suggested this to Mecha and he's in the process of reviewing it.

As I have suggested in the past, before the strength nerfs, this bot needs to affect static charge and assimilation just as it affects static smash. Now that the strength nerfs have happened, I guess I can support this post.
